The first week of May, Aquabyte participates at Aquacaulture UK, together with more than 200 global aquaculture companies. The UK’s largest trade show for the aquaculture community.

Aquabyte is central when participants can take part in the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, smart fish farming systems, weight and lice monitoring, and more.

At the fair, you can meet us and get first-hand information about more innovations. First and foremost, this summer, we are launching a new welfare indicator scoring to our customer´s product with fully automatic welfare scoring. With our camera technology, we can now give the market new tools to monitor their production.

– We have worked for a short year to establish a method for scoring a total of 13-14 indicators, which means that we can deliver real value to our customers, says Fossøy.

In addition, it is very satisfying to register that the work of automatic lice counting bears significant fruit. And last, but not least, we will also report on a successful process with the Norwegian Mattilsynet and the fish farmers. Over 200 dispensations have already been approved.
